JOB DESCRIPTION
Join international business trips (e.g.Australia, UK, US) to meet clients, attend workshops, and represent NSCSoftware in high- level discussions
Serve as the main point of contact forassigned client accounts- from onboarding, coordination, to long- term relationshipmanagement
Develop strong, trust- based relationships withclients to ensure satisfaction, long- term cooperation, and continuousupsell/cross- sell opportunities
Work closely with the leadership team tocontribute to business development strategy, sales playbooks, and marketexpansion plans
Collaborate with internal teams (PMs,engineers, solution architects) to scope projects, prepare proposals, andpresent tailored software solutions
Lead initial discovery and clientconsultations to understand business needs, pain points, and potential softwaredevelopment opportunities
Track and support the execution of contracts,NDAs, MSAs, and other client- related documents
Maintain and update client records, CRM data,and account health indicators
Actively source and engage with potentialclients (startups, product companies, and enterprises) across internationalmarkets including the US, Europe, Australia, Asia
REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus
Logical mind- set
A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about software technologies, NSC Software Company&039;s products and services with can- do attitude
Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Languages, Information Technology, Software Programming or related field.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
Must- have requirements:
Have strong ability to thrive in high- level environments
Being fluent in English, at least 6.0 IELTS Speaking or equivalent
Being sharp, flexible, adaptable and quick- witted
Hard- working Attitude

Base Salary:
Freshers: 10- 20 millions in monthly income (Negotiable, excluding commissions and incentives)Experienced Candidates: 20- 50 millions in monthly income (Negotiable, excluding commissions and incentives)
