Role Overview
At Pharaon, we pride ourselves on curating bespoke lifestyle solutions for discerning clients. As a Lifestyle Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our high- net- worth and corporate clients, delivering personalized concierge services that exceed expectations. You will blend meticulous attention to detail with creativity, ensuring every client interaction is memorable and tailored to their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
Stay up- to- date with the latest trends in luxury, travel, lifestyle, and corporate services to continuously enhance our offerings.
Serve as the main liaison, understanding each client&039;s unique needs and preferences.
Curate access to unique cultural, sporting, entertainment, and wellness events both locally and internationally.
Arrange and manage a wide variety of lifestyle requests including travel planning, dining reservations, event coordination, and exclusive experiences.
Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure top- quality service delivery.
Collaborate with trusted local and international partners to secure premium services and amenities.
Anticipate client needs and resolve issues swiftly to ensure minimal disruption to their experience.
Offer tailored lifestyle management support for corporate clientele, including business travel, executive engagements, and team- building activities.
Support add- on services like babysitting arrangements and tailored family lifestyle recommendations.
Adapt to changing situations while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Organize and execute private and corporate events, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
Propose innovative ideas to meet evolving client expectations.
Provide consultation services for family needs such as tutor sourcing, school selection, and higher education guidance.
Build and maintain long- lasting relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high- end lifestyle management, concierge services, hospitality, or luxury service roles.
Proficient in using CRM software and digital tools for client relationship management and service delivery.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese and other languages is an advantage.
Proven negotiation and relationship- building skills with local and international vendors.
Experience working with high- net- worth individuals and corporate clientele is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client- centric approach.
Advanced problem- solving capabilities and the ability to perform well under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with global travel booking systems and event management platforms.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
