JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare reports and provide updates on case status for relevant stakeholders
- Accompany customers throughout the case resolution journey, ensuring clear,transparent, and timely communication.
- Receive and support customer requests/issues related to our software products.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify effective solutions.Capture customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and suggest product or processimprovements.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of customer service, technology industry, or related experience.
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills
- Good at multi- tasking, task prioritization and time management.
- Good relationship management, customer service and communication skills in variety offorms (written, live chat, conference calls, in- person).
- Education background: Graduated from College or University majoring in InformationTechnology, business, or equivalent field.
