Electrical Engineer Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare technical drawings, single line diagrams, and proposal documents using AutoCAD
Conduct site surveys and evaluate existing electrical systems for HVAC and solar projects.
Cooperate with internal teams (HVAC, solar, control) to deliver integrated energy- saving solutions.
Prepare progress reports, test reports, and handover documents.
Supervise site installation and commissioning works to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
Support project manager in design & technical coordination with customers and supervise subcontractors
Other tasks will be assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
• Knowledge of factory electrical systems, power distribution, and control wiring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with construction standards, safety regulations, and electrical drawings.
• Responsible, detail- oriented, and proactive problem- solving.
• Basic English skills (communication, reading, writing).
• Positive attitude, eager to learn new technologies (HVAC, solar, BMS).
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) and MS Office.
• Ability to read and create single- line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical design, installation, or site supervision for factories/buildings.
• Advantage: Experience in HVAC, solar systems, or MEP projects; working with Japanese factories/clients.
