JOB DESCRIPTION
👉 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲- 𝐭𝐨- 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Provide legal consultancy and advisory services for clients across multiple jurisdictions, focusing on company formation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, contracts, and compliance reports in accordance with international standards.
Conduct legal and regulatory research using AI and other digital tools to ensure accurate and timely advice.
Maintain a knowledge base of cross- border corporate regulations and continuously update it as laws evolve.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver practical, business- oriented solutions.
Monitor regulatory developments and provide insights on implications for clients’ businesses.
Support clients in navigating laws and procedures for company incorporation in Singapore, Hong Kong, BVI, and other countries.

REQUIREMENTS
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭- 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐬
At least 2 years of experience.
Excellent English, Excellent Microsoft Office
Strong research and analytical skills, with proven ability to utilize AI tools for legal and regulatory research.
Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
Familiarity with international corporate law, particularly in Singapore, Hong Kong, BVI, and other offshore jurisdictions (training will be provided where needed).
