JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Hoan Kiem District, HanoiWorking hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Mon – Fri
Allowance/ Salary
Documentation Trainee (Month 4–6): VND 5,000,000 – 7,000,000 / month
Documentation Intern (Month 1–3): VND 3,000,000 – 5,000,000 / month
6- MonthTraining Program
Thisposition is part of a structured 6- month training program designed todevelop practical skills in Supply Chain Management and LogisticsDocumentation.
Selectedcandidates will progress through two stages:
Stage 1 –Documentation Intern (First 3 months)
Receive hands- on training and mentorship
Support the team with basic documentation and administrative tasks
Learn company SOPs, logistics systems, and shipment documentation processes
Stage 2 –Documentation Trainee (Next 3 months)
Take on greater responsibility in shipment documentation
Work more independently under supervision from senior team members
Develop deeper knowledge of logistics operations and client documentation requirements
Candidateswho successfully complete the full 6- month program may be offered afull- time official position, subject to performance and business needs.
This programis open to fresh graduates, final- year students majoring in business- relatedfields, as well as career changers interested in Supply Chain Managementand Logistics.
Responsibilities
Maintain strict client confidentiality
Complete tasks delegated by the line manager
Assist with documentation processing and monitoring to support client needs
Obtain required information to generate and send documentation to clients in a timely manner according to SOP
Monitor shipment status and take appropriate action (identify issues, interact with relevant parties, track, trace, and follow up)
Maintain files and records of import/export shipment documentation
Collaborate with the team to maximize productivity and ensure deadlines are met according to company procedures
Perform administrative tasks such as research and email communication
Research and review data, identify deficiencies or errors, and correct any incompatibilities to ensure accurate documents
