Technical Support Engineer (Open for Fresher)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Participate in customer support for technical issues and in- house customer success team.
Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
Support customers via live chat, email
Consult and guide customers in the process of using the product, as well as provide necessary documents.
Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
Troubleshooting technical issues
REQUIREMENTS
Great communication and collaboration skills, comfortable with working cross- functionally with other teams.
Workable English reading & writing skills.
Self management, multitasking skills & ability to work under pressure.
Careful, patient, and empathize with the difficulties that customers face.
Passion for self- growth and willingness to pursue radical self- development.
Knowledge of Basic web development languages: HTML/CSS/JS
Attention to detail and good problem- solving skills
Nice to have
Experience with Shopify themes, Liquid HTML and Shopify’s features
Experience with customer support
Empathy, Patience, Hardworking
Young, energetic, hunger for knowledge, and always ready for new challenges
