JOB DESCRIPTION
Depending on your abilities, you may be assigned to the following tasks:
• Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook and Email as the main channels for potential customer
utreach.
Lead Generation:
• Conduct systematic outreach using AI and automation tools, update CRM, and
collaborate with the team members.
Sales Support
management, and occasionally in deal negotiations.
: Assist in project requirements clarification, quotations, contract
Customer Relationship Management:
Foster client relationships, identify
upselling opportunities, and provide necessary customer support.
• Develop and implement a personal branding content plan on social networks.
REQUIREMENTS
• Willingness to learn and being proactive to adapt new concepts, technology and
industry trends.
• Experience or have knowledge in lead generation strategies and tactics,
particularly in a B2B context is a plus.
• Ability to analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and make data- driven decisions.
• Demonstrates a genuine interest and enthusiasm to follow a career in sales with a
focus on establishing solid personal brand representation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team, sharing information and supporting
colleagues in achieving team goals.
• Familiarity with AI tools to increase productivity and streamline sales processes
would be an added advantage.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English communication.

• Phát triển ứng dụng web bằng việc sử dụng Node.js và các công nghệ liên quan
• Tham gia chương trình thực tập & học việc trong thời gian 4 tháng để trở thành Backend Developer (Fresher, Junior)
• Định hướng rõ ràng & cam kết làm việc như một Node.js/ Fullstack Developer
REQUIREMENTS
Yêu cầu chung:
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
• Đọc, hiểu tốt English documents
• Có thể chủ động quản lý công việc của mình (tinh thần Agile).
• Có tinh thần ham học hỏi, yêu thích làm việc trong lĩnh vực E- commerce.
Yêu cầu về mặt chuyên môn:
• Hiểu hoặc từng làm việc với Rest API, GraphQL
• Tỷ lệ khối lượng công việc giữa Backend vs Frontend = 80 : 20 (chủ yếu tập trung ở Backend)
• Hiểu biết cơ bản về JavaScript, các FE frameworks như ReactJS và/hoặc Next.js
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Có thể biết về unit test, integration test, e2e testing
• Hiểu hoặc từng làm việc với Typescript, TypeScript ORM (Prisma, TypeORM, ...)
• Từng lập trình NodeJS Backend sử dụng ExpressJS và/hoặc NestJS framework
Ứng viên có lợi thế nếu có thêm các skills sau
(không yêu cầu bắt buộc / optional):
• Đã từng làm việc với fullstack Remix framework là một lợi thế
• Có kỹ năng hoặc hiểu biết nhất định về DevOps (CI/CD, build, deploy) là một lợi thế
