Description: Vision Mentors provides students with guidance of school curricula, academic English proficiency for competitions and tests, weekly time management, skill building, physical exercises and fun activities. Mentors are responsible for assisting in academic guidance to reach target grades/scores for each semester and year. For students who have low English fluency, the main goal will be to increase overall English foundational skills: vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, essay writing and speaking. For fluent English speakers, mentors will guide students to reach higher academic test scores and develop professional skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Địa điểm và thời gian làm việc:
Thời gian làm việc: 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM (Thứ 2 – Thứ 6)
Địa điểm: Shophouse A26, Sunshine City, Nam Thang Long Urban Area (Phase 2), Dong Ngac Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi.
Mô tả công việc:
Quản lý thu – chi hàng ngày của trung tâm, cân đối thu chi theo tháng, đảm bảo cập nhật sổ sách, chứng từ kịp thời và chính xác.
Thực hiện các công việc kế toán hành chính khác theo yêu cầu của Trung tâm.
Chuẩn bị báo cáo tài chính nội bộ theo tuần/tháng/quý: báo cáo thu chi, công nợ, chi phí vận hành.
Hỗ trợ bộ phận nhân sự trong việc chấm công, quản lý bảng chấm công, bảng lương.
Theo dõi và kiểm tra các chứng từ, hoá đơn, hợp đồng hợp lệ và chính xác.
Thực hiện xử lý các giao dịch tài chính của doanh nghiệp, bao gồm việc lập hóa đơn, phiếu chi, phiếu thu,...
Quản lý và lưu trữ hồ sơ, chứng từ kế toán đầy đủ, khoa học.
Theo dõi, tổng hợp, thực hiện các nghĩa vụ thuế định kỳ của trung tâm (thuế TNCN, thuế GTGT nếu có, báo cáo thuế hàng quý/năm).
REQUIREMENTS
Có ít nhất 1- 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí kế toán là điểm cộng, ưu tiên đã làm trong môi trường giáo dục/trung tâm ngoại ngữ.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp và phối hợp làm việc nhóm tốt.
Nhanh nhẹn, cẩn thận, trung thực, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
Thành thạo Tiếng Anh (Trình độ tương đương IELTS 5.5+)
Tốt nghiệp đại học/ Cao đẳng chuyên ngành chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính hoặc liên quan.
Thành thạo Google Sheets hoặc Excel, biết sử dụng phần mềm kế toán là lợi thế.

Location:
Ciputra Campus: Shophouse A26, Sunshine City, Nam Thang Long Urban Area (Phase 2), Phu Thuong Ward, Hanoi.
My Dinh Campus: 3rd Floor, Keangnam Landmark 72, Pham Hung Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi.
Responsibilities:
Observe the participation of students in individual and group activities.
Work at least 12 hours per week for the part- time position and up to 40 hours per week for the full- time position.
Performing other duties as needed or required.
Revising lesson material with students individually or in small groups.
Collaborating with lead teachers to recognize issues students are facing and recommend solutions.
Documenting student progress and communicating with parents to keep them informed.
Prepare instructional materials, test papers, scorecards, handouts, and other materials necessary.
Mark attendance of students and prepare weekly and monthly attendance reports of every student.
Assist teachers with lesson preparation by getting materials ready and setting up equipment.
Examine answer books, homework, assignments, and performance of students in other activities
REQUIREMENTS
Have a personal laptop.
Organization and planning skills.
Communication skills, including writing, and interpersonal conversation.
Experience working with children is preferred.
Compassionate, positive, and encouraging attitude.
Patience and empathy.
Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
IELTS 7.0+, or any equivalent qualifications. If you do not have any, you will have a brief assessment during your interview.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; knowledge of designing software and educational tools is an asset.

Working hours: 1:30 PM- 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday), 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM (Saturday- flexible)
Responsibilities:
Academic Management & Supervision
Monitor class quality through observations, feedback collection, and regular performance evaluations.
Lead and supervise Academic Coordinators to ensure smooth academic operations and communication between departments.
Work closely with Lead Mentors to align teaching quality, class plans, and student outcomes.
Review and improve teaching materials, academic processes, and internal reports.
Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new mentors.
Communication & Coordinator
Act as the key communication link between management, mentors, and coordinators.
Ensure accurate and timely updates on student progress, attendance, and performance reports.
Handle academic inquiries or issues raised by students, parents, or teachers in a professional and solution- oriented manner.
Participate in parent meetings, workshops, and internal academic events.
Teaching (Up to 12 hours per week)
Teach English or related academic subjects to assigned classes following Vision Mentors’ teaching standards.
Provide model lessons and classroom demonstrations when necessary.
Mentor students in academic and personal growth, helping them achieve target outcomes.
Quality Assurance
Conduct regular checks on academic data, class reports, and curriculum implementation.
Suggest improvements for academic efficiency, student experience, and mentor performance.
Ensure compliance with Vision Mentors’ academic policies and standards.
Additional Tasks
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team to support academic and operational needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, or related academic fields.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in teaching, with at least 1 year of team management or academic coordination experience.
Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude toward students and colleagues.
English Proficiency: Equivalent to IELTS 7.0+ / TOEFL 110+.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office; familiarity with data tracking or educational platforms is a plus.
Ability to balance management duties with teaching responsibilities.
