JOB DESCRIPTION
Design scalable AIpipelines and integrate modern automation frameworks.
Work with Large LanguageModels (LLMs) — prompt engineering, RAG, fine- tuning, and evaluation.
Collaborate acrossglobal teams (Finland–Chile–Vietnam) on real- world, high- impact use cases.
Participate in technicaldiscussions, proof- of- concepts, and contribute ideas that shape Sisua’s AIroadmap.
Develop and deploy AI/MLcomponents for automation, NLP, IDP, and predictive analytics.
Collaborate with RPAdevelopers to enhance automation with AI- based decision- making and documentunderstanding.
Integrate AI and LLMcomponents into UiPath workflows and automation solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Hands- on with LLMs,LangChain / LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
Proficiency in Englishand communication skills is required, with the ability to confidently engagewith international teams.
Familiar with Azure,OpenAI API, or cloud- based AI development.
Curious, proactive, andeager to grow into a senior AI engineer role.
Strong background inPython or Typescript, and modern web stacks (React.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL).
Understanding of RPAtools (preferably UiPath) or interest in AI- driven process automation.
Experience integratingAI/ML models with workflow automation or enterprise systems is a plus.
