JOB DESCRIPTION
Administrative Support:
Maintain organized filing systems and databases.
Prepare and distribute documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Assist managerial staff with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Portfolio Supporting:
Assist in tracking expenses and maintain budgets in collaboration with the other department.
Generate regular portfolio reports based on project status reports.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external vendors.
Assist in resource allocation and utilization
Assist in analyzing project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Facilitate effective communication by relaying information, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions.
Ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.
Previous experience in a project management or administrative role is preferred but not required
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
