Operations Executive / Store Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in supervising and guiding store staff: learn how to assign tasks, support training, and monitor performance.
Report to the CEO or Office Manager.
Collaborate with relevant departments (Sales, Florist, Operations) to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Contribute ideas to improve processes, cost efficiency, and service quality.
Work with the team to maintain a clean, organized store that reflects brand standards.
Support daily store operations: assist with handling orders, scheduling shifts, monitoring inventory, and coordinating deliveries.
REQUIREMENTS
Proactive, hardworking, eager to learn, with logical thinking and a methodical approach to tasks.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong interest in retail or the flower industry is a plus.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in operations, retail, or F&B are welcome.
Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields (students about to graduate may also apply).
