DYM is providing Health check- up services for the company in Vietnam. Besides that, we provide other medical services such as health check- ups for applying for work permits and treatment for Vietnamese and foreigners, especially Japanese.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Respond to termination notices & follow up on the process of the contact’s liquidation.
• Building trust and providing excellent services to potential clients.
• Renegotiate service agreements by conducting fresh surveys/audits or educating users of theservices, and introducing new services that be suitable to the client. •Other tasks are required by the Line Manager
• Acting as a contact point between the client and internal operating teams during the contract•Implementation period to deliver the best excellent service.
• Keep close relationships for retention of clients.
• Coordinate with Operations Department to complete the service and meet the customers’requirements.
• Handling full- cycle of B2B Sales process from prospecting, pitching/presenting, and closingdeals & get feedback from clients.
• Contact clients to ascertain the client’s satisfaction with the service.
REQUIREMENTS
• Quick response to customers and a strong sense of customer orientation
• Experienced in healthcare business development is an advantage but it’s not a mustrequirement- we are willing to train you.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Can communicate in English
• 1 year of experience at least (as position: Sales/ Customer Service/Counselor…)
• Sales- focus, results- oriented, and a good team player who can work in a fast- paced environment
• Proactive, positive, and self- motivated with the ability to work without close supervision

• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO- friendly and engaging content.
• Monitor, evaluate campaign performance, and optimize budget allocation.
• Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize conversion efficiency.
• Utilize Google Analytics and Google Search Console to measure and enhance website performance.
• Implement on- page and off- page SEO, conduct keyword research, and optimize content to improve search rankings.
Content Marketing & Brand Development (20%)
• Work with designers and production teams to create diverse content formats (images, videos, infographics).
• Write SEO- friendly articles, PR content, and video scripts for marketing purposes.
• Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and brand promotion strategies.
Other tasks as requested by direct management (10%)
REQUIREMENTS
• Positive attitude and willingness to accept newly assigned tasks
• Fluent in English
• Strong market awareness and ability to keep up with current trends
• Have 1.5 years of experience in the equivalent position. Working in a Medical environment experience is plus
• Efficient use of the graphic design, clipping, and editing tools
• Flexibility, ability to withstand high pressure
