JOB DESCRIPTION
Dealing with customer’s complaints
Designing a suitable itinerary to travelers
Dealing efficiently with guests
Taking a good care of customers during the stay
Handling tour bookings from start to finish
Collecting and providing additional information to clients (about thedestination and the products) to help them make the right decision
Negotiating and book services with suppliers
Confirming bookings and handling to other related department
Communicating with both B2B and B2C clients to understand their desires
Making calculations and sending quotations
REQUIREMENTS
Able to work under high pressure and overtime
Serious and discipline at work: punctual, good attitude, work hard,...
Experience is an advantage
Excellence in negotiation
Strong customer service, and sale focus
Good communication, organization skills, listening skill
Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent spoken and written English OR German is a MUST
BENEFITS
SalaryRange $400- $800 USD per month.
13rdMonth Salary, attractive salary
Careerdevelopment will be offered commensurate with the responsibilities andqualifications

Overtime rate: 150% for extra hours worked at home; 200% for extra hours worked at the office.
