About the Role
We are looking for a creative and people- oriented Talent Engagement Intern to join our HR team. In this role, you will support various initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and internal communication. You will also work closely with the HR team to implement talent programs, organize events, and contribute to building a strong and positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture (90%)
Assist in designing materials and creating videos for internal communication events.
Help manage logistics and coordination for HR campaigns and cultural events.
Support managing FiinGroup’s internal social media presence (Facebook and Microsoft Teams).
Support the planning and execution of internal engagement activities such as company events, team bonding, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Assist in creating content for internal communications (newsletters, intranet, or social media updates).
HR Operations & Other Projects (10%)
Support other HR administrative tasks and ad- hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
Final- year student or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Detail- oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Strong interest in Employee Engagement, Internal Communication, and Company Culture.
Good command of English (reading and writing).
Creative mindset with good communication and organizational skills.
Able to work full- time
r at least
7–8 shifts per week (part- time schedule).
