Cross- border trade is trading and delivering goods between different cultures. In this exchange process, countries like China, Vietnam, and Indonesia are the center of product manufacturing while American and European countries are the main consumer markets. Due to the diversity of cultures, governments, and laws, small and medium- sized enterprises are dealing with a lot of problems related to product quality shipping time, customers service, cash flow, etc. Cross- border trade takes place in large volumes, though.
The goal of OCG is to create an ecosystem of products for eCommerce to foster and enhance the quality of eCommerce activities in general and cross- border trade in particular.
Our ecosystem aims at promoting and enhancing cross- border trade, which empowers online entrepreneurs to start, grow and succeed.
After 10 years of operating in the eCommerce industry and serving hundreds of thousands of businesses from all over the world, Beeketing now OpenCommerce Group (OCG) has now built a passionate, enthusiastic, capable, knowledgable, and experienced team who can help online store owners grow and scale up. We currently serve the largest and most vibrant markets like the US and China, from building the initial foundations such as creating websites and optimizing conversion rates, to managing goods and logistics.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Đăng tin, tìm nguồn ứng viên (LinkedIn, Job site, cộng đồng chuyên ngành, referral).
Sàng lọc CV, liên hệ ứng viên, điều phối lịch phỏng vấn và follow kết quả.
Tiếp nhận nhu cầu tuyển dụng từ các phòng ban, làm rõ JD & yêu cầu tuyển dụng.
Tham gia phỏng vấn vòng sơ bộ hoặc hỗ trợ interview panel (nếu cần).
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
(Product, Outsourcing)
Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, tư duy dịch vụ & khả năng phối hợp với các team.
Sẵn sàng làm việc full- time (thứ 2–6).
Có thể tự tuyển dụng được các vị trí Fullstack dev, QE, non- tech level fresher- junior.
Yêu cầu đã có kinh nghiệm thực tập, hoặc CTV tuyển dụng trong các công ty IT.
Hiểu quy trình tuyển dụng từ đầu đến cuối, ưu tiên đã làm trong các công ty công nghệ

Maintain the in- house product design system framework to ensure consistency in design and
Design, code, and build solutions for developing new product features.

requirements.
Research new technologies and approaches to improve the codebase and stay up to date with
industry trends and best practices.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Strong ability to solve problems and think critically.
You should also be familiar with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
Experience in frontend development using modern frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
Experience as a Full- stack Developer, with a focus on Python or Ruby on Rails (or other backend languages like Golang, etc.)
Proficient in Git for version control and team collaboration.
Excellent problem- solving and debugging skills
Prefer candidates with at least 1 years of experience in an equivalent position.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
Experience in building scalable applications and working with microservices architecture.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), including schema design and optimization. Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and caching technologies like Redis is a plus.
Experience with testing frameworks and writing unit/integration tests.
