JOB DESCRIPTION
Engagement Activities:
Gather feedback and suggest ideas to enhance future engagement initiatives.
Assist in planning and executing company events and activities that foster a sense of community and belonging among employees;
Capture photos, videos, and key moments for event recaps or internal highlights;
Coordinate logistics, prepare materials, and support communication before, during, and after each event;
Content Creation:
Help create engaging internal posts, announcements, or recap content to boost employee engagement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Experienced in supporting event planning and event management;
Final year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Economics or a related major; preferably able to work full- time for a duration of 3 months;
High commitment to deadlines and quality of output;
Good communication and teamwork;
Having hands- on experience in creating content/branding is a big plus;
The ability to edit images for social posts and utilize mobile apps for filming and editing clips is a significant advantage.
