Job Description

Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the service revenue operations;
Assist with SOX audit- related tasks;
Work closely with the accounting, delivery and sales teams to streamline processes and facilitate effective communication
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operations process;
Other ad hoc service revenue operation related tasks;
Use data and analytics to measure and forecast revenue data, including tracking key metrics;

High attention to details.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to discover and fix potential risks.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to frequently adjust priorities and help the team out wherever needed.
Experience with software industry is a plus.
Knowledge of the service operation process and the company’s target audience and goals.
At least 1 years of work experience in service revenue operations or a related field
Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Educationally, a bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is typically required. Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar field is highly beneficial.
