BYL Consulting Group is a consulting firm offering services from business setup to operational optimization, supporting organizations at every growth stage. We are looking for a highly motivated Operational Excellence Intern to join our dynamic team and support initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and process performance across the organization.
About Us
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
Support in analyzing current workflows and identifying areas for improvement in business operations.
Contribute ideas and insights to drive digitalization and efficiency initiatives within the team.
Support in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal management meetings.
Participate in process improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce operational bottlenecks, and improve service quality.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to collect data and track performance metrics.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have
University student or recent graduate majoring in Business Administration, HR Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast- paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Nice to have
Able to draw simple process maps (Visio/Lucidchart/Miro) and understand value chain ideas.
Basics of Lean/Kaizen or process improvement (5S, PDCA/DMAIC).
