Reservation works:
Following up with package and promotion of the day if have
Updating group business on the book to concerned people
Filling bookings have done during the day
Cooperating with Accountant to check payment status of short term booking, push bookers to make payment on date
Revising existing and upcoming short term, long term booking as per guest&039;s requirement
Making new reservation upon request
Making car rental reservation and report monthly
Sales Associate:
Working closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
Participating in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new and existing corporate business.
Building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
Supporting for Sales to call company or T/A when the hotel have new promotion
Executing and supporting the operational aspects of business booked (e.g. confirmation letter, corporate agreement, quotation letter, promotion email, call notification, customer correspondence).
Work closely with FO, HK to ensure the guests to be satisfied during the time to stay in Calidas
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Ability to use English well
Working at least one year at the same position is an advantage.
Graduate the University or college
