JOB DESCRIPTION
• Take a thorough look at the shipper route, ready stocks, and documents to make sure stocks match documents.
• Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped, both on quality and quantity.
• A “Quality Controller” monitors aspects of products&039; quality/capacity/correct SKU to the quantity of SO/FOC/POSM based on company promotion campaigns that are ready to be shipped to the customers. Manage goods by location, batch number, etc.
• Be present and count the commodities when the truck is being loaded and offloaded. Maintain a tally sheet and a random measurement sheet for all commodities being offloaded and loaded from the warehouse.
• Report daily activities and any problems arising that need to be handled immediately to the Warehouse Leader to avoid risk and monitor customer satisfaction levels.
• Recheck quality- related issues, adhering to deadlines/expiry date stocks.
• Guide the Warehouse Association team on storage issues to enhance the quality of the product.
• Complete the Ad- hoc as requested by Warehouse Manager
• Perform goods inspection when periodic stock takes show discrepancies.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Qualifications
• College or university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of quality control standards and warehouse operations.
Work Experience
• Familiarity with inbound, outbound, and inventory processes.
• At least 2 year of experience in warehouse operations or quality control is preferred.
Skills
• Able to use tools for inspection (scales, measuring tape, barcode scanners, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or warehouse management as SAP
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in checking product quality.
Personal Attributes
• Able to work under pressure, especially during peak times.
• Willing to work flexible hours if required by the warehouse manager.
• Honest, responsible, and meticulous.
