JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Overview:
The AI Video Editor is a core member of the Creative Team and is responsible for building theend- to- end video content pipeline—from concept development to production, post- processing, and finaldelivery. This role ensures consistent media quality for projects across all content types, includingmarketing communications, product demos, brand storytelling, and visual assets.The ideal candidate possesses strong product understanding, creative thinking, solid technical execution,and the ability to proactively propose new visual directions.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Project- Level Content Production
Develop short- form and long- form video concepts, visual themes, and moodboards as per requested.
Establish and maintain a consistent visual system (look & feel) across all videos’ content.
Create detailed scripts, scene breakdowns, and storyboards for each asset/video.
Develop video creation/development roadmap which is aligned with business objectives
2. AI Asset Creation
Generate AI images, AI videos, motion interpolation, and AI- driven VFX using tools such as:
Runway, Pika, Genmo, Kaiber, Midjourney, SDXL, ComfyUI, ControlNet, AnimateDiff, etc.
Manage all AI assets including source files, versioning, presets, models, and workflows.
3. Editing & Post- production
Produce video assets for multiple formats: ads, product demos, in- app content, landing page visuals, and social media.
Optimize the AI → Video production workflow to improve speed and output quality.
Edit complete videos with proper timing, motion, effects, tracking, color grading, and audio.
4. Quality & Delivery Management
Ensure output meets visual, narrative, and technical quality standards.
Build weekly/monthly production plans for all media deliverables in the project.
Participate in concept reviews, script reviews, and propose continuous improvements.
5. Cross- functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product & Marketing teams to understand requirements.
Join team brainstorming sessions for campaigns, animation concepts, and key visuals.
Contribute to building content library (AI models, footage, transitional assets).
6. AI Video R&D
Stay updated with emerging AI tools (Veo, Luma, HyperHuman, Kling, etc.).
Propose new pipelines to enhance visual quality and production efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree or formal training in Multimedia, Film Production, Digital Media, or any creative field withrelevant hands- on experience.
● Comfortable working with AI- generation, text- to- video, and rapid- prototyping tools for contentcreation
● 2–3 years of experience in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, or AI Video Production.
● Proficient in at least three of the following tool groups:
○ AI Image: Midjourney, Gemini, SDXL, ComfyUI
○ AI Video: Grok, VEO3, Kling, Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Genmo
○ Editing: Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
● Strong visual sense: layout, pacing, color, composition.
● Proactive, able to manage deadlines, and fully responsible for end- to- end output.
● Nice- to- have:
○ Experience with advanced motion graphics or light VFX.
○ Background in content production for tech/AI products.
○ Experience working full- cycle in large media or creative projects.
