JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop job descriptions for positions that need to be recruited.
Conduct preliminary screening for candidates with suitable profiles.
Search, receive, screen and check candidate profiles.
Participate in building and developing the company’s recruitment sources and channels.
Develop and post recruitment notices on recruitment channels.
Participate in building and managing candidate databases.
Develop and implement recruitment plans for recruitment requirements
Participate in building and implementing programs to build the company’s recruitment image.
Confer with departments to schedule and conduct interviews, receive and summarize interview results; make salary offers to successful candidates and send thank you letters to unsuitable candidates.
REQUIREMENTS
University graduate majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law
Priority is given to candidates who have worked in large- scale human resources companies, companies operating in the IT Outsourcing field
Dynamic, good communication skills, negotiation skills, persuasion, presentation, good planning and work management skills
Have at least 6 months of experience in recruitment at IT companies or Headhunt
Have good English skills (from IELTS 6.5 or higher)
Ability to work at high intensity and withstand work pressure
