B2B Senior Operation Executive (Full- time) | Prep
Key Responsibilities
Cross- team Coordination
Support coordination between Vietnam- based teams and international teams.
Coordinate communication between Sales, Academic, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams for all B2B projects.
Follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure internal alignment.
Project & Process Management
Create and maintain simple project plans (timelines, milestones, owner mapping) for key B2B initiatives.
Ensure CRM data accuracy and consistency across Vietnam and international teams (naming conventions, fields, stages, etc.).
CRM Management & Data Hygiene: Own day- to- day CRM data management for B2B (e.g., creating and updating accounts, contacts, deals, and activities).
Help document and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring workflows (onboarding new partners, reporting, invoicing, etc.).
Monitor project status, identify risks or bottlenecks early, and escalate to the Head of B2B when needed.
Support to Head of B2B Vietnam
Conduct basic research (market, competitors, best practices) to support decision- making when needed.
Help prioritize tasks and organize workload across multiple projects.
Support Head of B2B in executing strategy and initiatives.
Requirements
Proactive, solution- oriented mindset with a high sense of ownership and responsibility.
Experience using a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo or similar) for tracking deals, accounts, and activities.
Strong skills in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint).
2–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, account support, or similar roles (B2B / tech / education / SaaS experience is a plus).
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills (written and spoken), comfortable working with international colleagues and partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, International Business, or related field.

Salary range: 15,000,000- 17,000,000/month (gross)
