OVERVIEW
We are looking for a reliable and organized individual who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to manage day- to- day operations — from scheduling and paperwork to research support and internal communications. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail- oriented, and comfortable handling a wide variety of tasks with professionalism and discretion.
The executive position will be expected to work extensively for at least 02 years and should have prior experiences related to the JD below.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Executive & Administrative Support
Collect and consolidate reports and updates from teams for the CEO‘s review
Attend meetings with the CEO, take notes, and track follow- through on key decisions
Manage and coordinate the CEO‘s calendar, including scheduling internal meetings, sessions with group- level leadership, external partners, and media
Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow- up action items
Handle documentation, paperwork, and administrative procedures on behalf of the CEO
Research & Information Synthesis
Support the CEO and product teams in research tasks related to product experiments, market trends, and analysis
Gather, read, and summarize information and documents as requested
Content & Internal Communications
Write simple external- facing content such as press materials or media write- ups as assigned by the CEO
Draft internal communications, announcements, and company culture content
Other Tasks
Support the CEO with other daily routines and ad- hoc tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
At least 1 year of professional work experience
Specialized background in Math, Informatics, or Natural Science at high school level is preferred
Bachelor‘s degree (Good or above) in Business, Technology, or a related field
Skills
An active listener who can distill information quickly and accurately
Good command of English — both written and spoken
Strong communication and organizational skills
Good interpersonal and people skills
