Health And Safety Engineer

1 Collaborate with safety supervisor and on site control Health and Safety to ensure all activity comply all Vietnam HSSE law and regulation
2 Execute the risk identification and control system by Work method statement and Job safety analysis program by collaborate with Operation team
3 Develop and control the Safety and Health management plan and procedure including process safety management (PSM) system, Safety culture, Distribution safety system, Road Safety system ETC.
4 Monitoring, report and follow up the Safety and health execution:
Daily safe work practice audit in responsible area (100% critical work) and Safe work practice audit by weekly
Weekly safety and health performance report to Safety & Health operation manager and HSSE Manager
Execute and monitoring safety and health activity to ensure comply with HSSE licenses and permits program including with the authorities for relevant inspection and acceptance
Others task as assigned from managers

Education Background:

Bachelor’s degree or higher. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety or related Engineering major

Working Experience:

1- 5 years of relevant experience in Health and Safety of operation in Petrochemicals/ Chemicals/ Plastics/ Heavy Industries business.

Skills:

Intensive knowledge of petrochemicals plants.

Good safety awareness, mindset and behavior.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

High English proficiency (Speaking/Listening/Reading/Writing).

Proficient in the use of necessary program or software.
