ABOUT THE JOB
Head of Technical Development Advisory is responsible for general consultancy on architecting and implementing innovative technical learning pathways that enhance the skills and competencies of colleagues in technology roles across India, Vietnam and Australia. This role aims to ensure that the organization has a highly skilled workforce capable of meeting current and future technical challenges, driving innovation, and maintaining competitive advantage.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Advise, and oversee learning pathways and learning framework & strategies that align with organizational goals and address the specific needs of NAB’s future workforce.
• Build a world class delivery centre of excellence. Lead the learning transformation agenda for T&EO ensuring program initiatives are aligned with NAB’s broader strategy and transformation objectives.
• Foster partnerships with external training providers and educational institutions to enhance learning offerings.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to advise skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical training and development.
• Lead and mentor the technical learning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning framework & strategies through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making data- driven adjustments, as necessary.
