• Taking ownership of excellence across consulting, creative development, and release, with strong leadership during execution and launch phases.

• Ensuring strategic recommendations are not only insightful but practical, aligned, and executable.
• Leading senior- level strategic conversations around brand positioning, communications, PR, reputation management, and business transformation.

Agency Vision, Growth & Entrepreneurship
• Initiating proactive ideas and initiatives, from concept to release, that strengthen the agency’s strategic positioning and market relevance.
• Actively pushing and developing HAPPINESS CONSULTS and contributing to the growth of new offering pillars such as HAPPINESS PR.
• Supporting new business and pitch efforts when needed, bringing senior- level strategic thinking and PR perspectives.
• Contributing to and helping drive the agency’s future- facing vision, including stronger integration of new ways of working such as “Brand as a Publisher” in collaboration with Content Cells.
Strategic PR & Thought Leadership
• Driving corporate and brand PR strategy, including media strategy, press releases, executive profiling, and crisis communications.
• Representing the agency as a thought leader in Vietnam and the SEA region, including areas such as B Corp, ESG, and responsible growth, through speaking engagements, industry contributions, and networking.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers, KOLs, and industry partners.
Financial Ownership, Accountability & Impact
• Managing the strategy team’s budget and contributing to the agency’s overall financial health through resource planning, forecasting, and KPI ownership.
• Regularly reporting to executive leadership on strategic performance, initiatives, and outcomes that accelerate agency success.
• Being co- accountable for agency performance, with a clear focus on Financial Excellence and Creative Excellence.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
• Staying up to date with analytics, research, and performance measurement tools, using data to sharpen insights and strengthen strategic recommendations.
• Encouraging experimentation, learning, and innovation across strategy, PR, and integrated communications.
• Continuously evolving strategic methodologies, tools, and processes to maintain a competitive edge in a changing market.
