Define Strategy & Drive High- Impact Growth
- Set clear, ambitious performance objectives for your team, ensuring alignment with Crossian’s rapid growth goals.

Lead & Execute for Maximum Performance
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and reports to senior leadership.
- Manage and inspire a team of 10- 15 high- performing marketers, fostering a fast- paced, results- driven environment.
- Own the full- funnel strategy—from campaign ideation to execution, ensuring every dollar spent drives profitable growth.
- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency in daily, weekly, and monthly campaign execution.

- Partner with the Supply Chain Team to develop accurate sales forecasts and scalable growth plans.
- Work closely with the Creative & Content Team to develop high- performing ad creatives that drive conversions.
- Align with cross- functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimization across all marketing channels.

- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid ad campaigns with multi- million dollar ad spend across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital channels
- Proficiency in BI tools, marketing automation, or advanced analytics (SQL, Python, or similar is a plus
- Current work experience in roles that require strong data and logical skills, such as Growth Marketing, Auditing, Finance, Data Analysis
- 3+ years of experience in build, lead & managing a team of 8- 10 members in digital marketing, users acquisition, growth hacking, or paid media.
- Certifications in Data or related fields will be advantageous.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in fields related to Marketing, Project Management, Business Administration, Investment Economics, Software, or Construction.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in fields that require strong data and numerical aptitude, such as Accounting, Auditing, Data Analysis, Computer Science, IT, Mathematical Economics, or Applied Mathematics.
