Head of Mental Well-being

The Head of Mental Wellbeing is responsible for developing and leading programs that address clients&039; mental and emotional health needs. This includes counseling, stress management, and mental health education, ensuring a holistic approach to wellness.
Key Responsibilities:

Consultation and Counseling:
Act as a counselor for clients experiencing mental issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental difficulties.
Address behavioral issues by providing advice, interventions, and strategies to improve behavior.
Develop and maintain personalized mental health and behavior management plans.
Program Development and Implementation:
Provide guidance on coping strategies for anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
Design and implement mental health initiatives such as counseling sessions, stress management workshops, and wellbeing programs/clubs.
Support Assigned Tasks:
Accept and assist with other tasks assigned by the center manager.
Ensure that assigned tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Team Leadership:
Ensure the team provides empathetic, professional, and effective mental health care.
Lead and support other wellbeing members.
Build wellbeing culture at the workplace
Collaboration:
Build partnerships with mental health organizations and specialists when necessary.
Ensure that assigned tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Receive other tasks assigned by the center manager.
Work with physical wellness and health consulting teams to integrate mental and physical health services.
Client Engagement:
Conduct mental health assessments and offer personalized support plans.
Monitor clients&039; progress and provide follow- up care.
Education and Training:
Promote mindfulness, resilience, and emotional self- care practices.
Organize mental health education workshops to raise awareness and reduce stigma.

Licensed or certified mental health practitioner (as per local regulations).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mental health care or counseling.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
Strong understanding of holistic and integrative approaches to mental health.
At least Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Mental Health.
