We are looking for a visionary Head of Media to lead our media strategy, focusing on creativity while delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with creative teams, account managers, and cross- functional departments to ensure media strategies are compelling, cohesive, and aligned with client goals.
• Strategic Media Oversight: Develop and execute integrated media strategies that align with both branding and performance objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach across all channels.
• Client Satisfaction Focus: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional media strategies and performance outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and creative approaches that can elevate media strategies.
• Creative Leadership: Drive creative media concepts that resonate with target audiences, leveraging storytelling and innovative formats to enhance brand engagement.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and deliver on KPIs for both branding and conversion efforts.
• P&L Management: Take full accountability for the profit and loss of the Media function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure profitability and EBITDA.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor the media team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
