Principle activities
• Cooperate in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnel
• Develop department- specific goals, break down and prioritize the department goals, follow up on goals and evaluate goal achievement
• Has a polite attitude towards both subordinate staff and other people with whom he comes into contact within the company (respect in society is mandatory- greeting, address)
• Determining and establishing KPIs
• Identifies the training needs of the subordinate staff and ensures their continuous training
• Prepares reports and records related to the Maintenance processes
• Organizes and conducts meetings with subordinate staff for synchronizing activities in order to achieve optimal production conditions
• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor
• Assure the implementation of safety, health and environmental protection regulations as part of legislation
• Assure all Maintenance functions in the plant, implement corrective actions for deviations as required
• Trains, supports, motivates and evaluates employees; if necessary applies disciplinary measures
• Coordinates in the commissioning of the machines from another plants, their relocation within the company and the activities prior to their shipment to other plants
• Organizing and coordinating the maintenance staff in KS/VK/MM/Tool- Room/SBL Laboratory areas as well as the activities carried out within the spare parts warehouse, for the optimal fulfillment of the company’s objectives
• Support the strategic planning of the department/unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium- range time frame
• Informs the supervisor whenever problems arise that are beyond his competence
• Proposes measures for the continuous improvement of processes
• Comply with the legal provisions regarding quality assurance standards
• Ensures compliance with legal provisions regarding environmental protection and service secrecy
• Assure the Maintenance of all parts/components/component groups at the plant site with the greatest possibility, schedule, quality and costs, and in compliance with the internal DRX strategic and operational guidelines
• Is responsible for the confidentiality of the information that is controlled and derived from his activity
• Executes other provisions given by the direct supervisor or his bosses in achieving the objectives of the section within the limits of respecting the legal basis
• Coordinates the development of the production process according to the client&039;s requirements
• Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it4
• Evaluates the activity of the subordinate staff and makes proposals for motivation, sanctioning, promotion, etc.
• Comply with the provisions of the Labor Code, the Collective Labor Agreement, the Internal Rules
• Contributes to processing FMEA
• Participates in the analyzes regarding the defects or damage of the equipment / installations, in establishing the causes that have determined them and in implementing the measures to eliminate them
• Supervises the order and cleanliness within the areas of responsibility
• Establishes measures in order to optimally organize the maintenance capacities
• Responsible for the optimal use of the material, financial and human resources needed for the achievement of the established objectives
• Establishes the tasks and responsibilities of subordinate staff, based on job descriptions
• Monitor the correct operation of the machines and notify the maintenance personnel in case of any fault for immediate repair
