SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is a plus
At least University degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (post- graduate education with a focus on compliance and risk management is preferred)
Skills
Exceptional analytical and problem- solving abilities to analyze vast and complicated amounts of data and trends to come up with great solutions.
Language: Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese with the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, agile, and solution- oriented approach to drive company long- term success
Exceptional team building, leadership, and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to work hard, work smart, and work long hours to achieve unprecedented results.
Self- motivated, results- oriented, and able to work independently and thrive in a super fast- paced, super high demand, and very dynamic environment.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office
A high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Experience
In- depth understanding of intellectual property law.
Excellent knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance best practices.
Proficiency in contract negotiation and drafting.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, legal contract management, and intellectual property management.
