Job Purpose
- The job holder carrying out tasks to ensure compliance in the field of information security with regulations of State agencies, regulations of the Bank and international standards on technology applied at the Bank.
- The job holder participate in identifying, managing and coordinating with other departments to take appropriate measures to prevent and reduce possible risks in the technology field.
- The job holder management of weaknesses and risks in technology activities in the Technology Division
Key Accountabilities (1)
Responsibilities in Administration and Operation:
- Ensure that the unit&039;s activities comply with internal policies, regulations, processes, guidelines... and service quality commitments (SLAs).
- Coordinate with the Directors of business units and IT inside and outside the block to understand business requirements and strategies as a basis for building technology infrastructure strategies suitable to the needs of operation and development development of the whole bank.
- Develop policies, regulations, processes and guidelines on provision of IT infrastructure services.
- Identify risks of the unit during its operation, coordinate with relevant units to develop methods of risk measurement, assessment and mitigation; overcome and improve the risk points of the entity.
- Orient, analyze and evaluate new IT infrastructure trends in order to deploy and build new platforms and new capabilities, contributing to promoting and creating outstanding and sustainable values và competitive advantages stable for the Bank.
- Resource management (developing a staffing plan, coordinating resources, training and developing the next team, building a development roadmap for employees, building a mechanism for assignment, recognition and evaluation. performance of employees, etc.), ensuring adequate and quality resources are maintained.
- Develop budget according to the operation plan, manage the unit&039;s operating expenses according to the approved budget.
- Report periodically to the Director of Technology Division.
- Orient, formulate plans, organizing the implementation and monitoring the implementation in order to achieve the objectives set out in the information technology infrastructure strategy.
- Participate in business development and transformation programs of the bank, directly directing large- scale projects and key initiatives of the Bank.
- Responsible for providing IT infrastructure services to ensure service quality to customers và internal users
- Develop policies, regulations, processes and guidelines on IT infrastructure solutions to manage the entire process of analysis, design and implementation to provide advanced IT infrastructure services, High efficiency to serve the needs of business development.
- Ensure smooth and efficient devsecops coordination within the unit and with related units in the Technology division

Responsibilities in Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify risks of the unit in the process of operation, coordinate with relevant units to develop methods of risk measurement, assessment and mitigation.
- Responsible for the development of policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines on architectural activities, project management, testing.
- Control and ensure that the unit&039;s activities comply with the issued policies, regulations, processes and guidelines.

- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team
- Understand & communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at function level
- Define team’s capability requirements and enable team member’s professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching & feedback, mentoring, etc.
- Manage function performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle);
- Establish and communicate function and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to reporting line
- Identify and monitor personal, professional development and career advancement of talents in the function
- Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals
- Oversee human resources planning and execution (headcount & costs) of their function
