Head of Growth

You will work with stakeholders across the firm and work closely with the Marketing and Sales departments, analysing data and ensuring that growth and marketing initiatives are effective in achieving the intended outcomes. You will also forge strategic partnerships with relevant organisations.
Our client, an early stage EdTech startup, is looking to bring onboard a Head of Growth. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing growth strategies to increase student enrollment, engagement and revenue. This involves crafting and implementing innovative plans, conducting thorough market research and staying abreast of emerging trends in the industry.
The ideal candidate should have 6- 10 years of prior experience in a growth, strategy or digital/performance marketing function within a startup and be passionate about the EdTech industry. To communicate with stakeholders across the organisation, it is a prerequisite for the Head of Growth to be fluent in Vietnamese and English.
