Job Objective:
Head of Government Relationships & Corporate Sales will have to demonstrate leadership capabilities, industry, and market knowledge as well as commercial and sales expertise. You will lead the organization to further success in growing factory, various industry, and business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive implement government strategy to advance Movi’s mission and goal at national, provincial, and zonal levels
Formulate and execute a clear and effective B2B Sales strategy and direction in line with the overall Business Plan.
Represent Movi at events/workshop/seminar to be held by government partners to leverage Movi’s benefit programs and acquire more new potential partners
Manage relationships with new and existing government partners (VGCL) and propose solution to deal with emerging matters
Developing an action plan on an annual and quarterly basis and achieving the same.
Develop and maintain relationships and ensuring all contracts with Organization are periodically reviewed, revised, and finalized/ standardized in compliance with the legal and audit/statutory standards.
Drive growth into new industry segments to support Movi’s business growth
Working with the Heads of other departments (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Product…) in developing strategies to ensure the consistency and smooth coordination between business partners and Movi teams.
Direct and control B2B sales team to drive Organization sales, new Industries & Industrial Parks and enter new target industrial segments in Vietnam to use effective promotional techniques and therefore accelerate and achieve the business partnerships & sales revenue while maintaining the cost structure.
Coach and inspire the B2B Sales organization to enhance performance, capabilities, knowledge, and professionalism. Drive productivity, continuous service improvement and resources optimization to improve costs and efficiency.
Winning new and managing relationships with new and existing corporates to improve top line revenue growth.
Relationship building with Corporates, Factories for development and for the smooth conduct of business and bank partnerships/relationships.

Yêu cầu công việc

Key skills and Requirements:

Good relationships with government organizations, labor unions, data sources of industrial park and factory enterprise customers
English communication skills are an advantage
The candidate must have at least 5 years of equivalent experience as a Director/Head of Business Development Partnerships/B2B/ Corporate Sales/Key Account in financial companies, banking, consumer finance, Fintech, FMCG
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to inspire teams, resolve conflicts and negotiations, customer service skills
Graduated from university or higher in majors such as Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Marketing.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, excellent financial acumen
