Head of GL & Taxation

Head of GL & Taxation is responsible for:
Monitor, control and support the preparation of financial reports for all businesses/organizations under CRV:
• Maintained accounting ledgers and monitored preparation of the breakdown balance sheets.
• Prepared monthly and yearly VAS reports and sending to the BOD, including the balance sheet, income statements and other ad- hoc accounting/financial reports as requested.
• Scrutinized data to determine the company’s financial health and to understand the sources of revenue generation and loss
Monitoring, controlling and supporting on business tax compliance for CRV’s businesses/entities;
Work with External Auditor to complete and submit annual financial reports of businesses/units under CRV.

• Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and submission of local statutory and tax submissions to the relevant government authorities
• Maintain the good relationship with Tax Government.
• Seeking opportunities to optimize business tax compliance performance for CRV
• Provide timely tax update, tax training to all related partners including CAs, tax accountants, BU finances, …

• Tax Planning for entire businesses.
Work with the auditor (External Auditor) to complete and submit for signature the National Profile Report and market price assessment report in annual associated transactions of businesses/units under CRV.
Key tasks:
Supporting and improving all tax returns and reporting processes – Sample reviews tax returns
for accuracy, consistency and presentation; manages the
overall process required; Monitors, controls and supports CRV FAST/ BU Accounting
Resolving tax audits and disputes to pursue our settlement goals – supports CRV FAST
for tax compliance and audit risk within the reporting cycle;
o deal with enquiries from tax authorities; resolves tax audits most
favorably to CRV businesses and report to CRV Head of Fast on contentious issues;
Researching, interpreting and applying tax laws to CRV businesses
– researches, interprets and applies tax law to ensure CGV businesses correctly identifies
its normal operational tax liabilities; accurately identifies its tax compliance risks; on behalf of CRV
audit issues; trains and coaches CRV FAST/ BU Accounting on tax compliance regulatory
Head of Fast, acts as central point of expertise with CRV businesses on such compliance and
matters.
Managed and led a team of 9 professionals ensuring that all Tax reports and Financial Statement monthly financial and annual reports are produced accurately and timely.
