Financial Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute mid- to- long- term financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Analyze financial trends and provide strategic recommendations to improve performance and ROI.
• Build robust financial models, forecasts, and annual budget plans by business unit, store, and product category.
Budgeting, Cost Control & Cash Flow Management
• Monitor budget execution, flag variances, and implement cost control policies.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables to ensure liquidity and capital efficiency.
• Liaise with financial institutions to optimize capital structure and financing terms.
• Coordinate cross- functional teams to prepare and manage detailed budgets by profit center.
Accounting Operations & Compliance
• Work directly with auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders during audits and inspections.
• Oversee tax declarations (VAT, PIT, CIT, invoice usage, etc.) and ensure full legal compliance.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with VAS and IFRS.
• Oversee all accounting operations including revenue, expenses, payroll, inventory, and fixed assets.
Internal Controls & System Optimization
• Design and implement internal control procedures and risk mitigation frameworks.
• Review and improve accounting workflows and cross- system data integrity (ERP, POS, CRM, inventory).
• Propose and lead automation and digital transformation initiatives for finance operations.
Business Performance & Investment Analysis
• Assess financial feasibility and payback of investment initiatives and business expansion projects.
• Analyze performance by store, product, and campaign to support data- driven decision- making.
• Deliver clear and actionable management reports to the executive team.
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead and mentor the finance & accounting team across functions and locations.
• Identify talent gaps and invest in upskilling through training and coaching programs.
• Set KPIs, review performance, and build clear career paths within the department.
