Mô tả công việc
Strategic Partnerships & Subscription Growth:
Maintain long- term relationships with key partners to ensure mutual commercial success.
Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with telecom operators, retailers, and payment providers to grow subscriptions.
Develop and implement go- to- market strategies that increase user acquisition and subscriber conversion.
Advertising & Content Monetization:
Develop sponsorship packages and co- branding opportunities for exclusive shows and content projects.
Collaborate with internal teams to design integrated marketing solutions for brand partners.
Lead sales of advertising inventory on the MangoPlus app, including display, video, and branded content.
Strategy & Market Development:
Set and track KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI for all business development activities.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in digital media, OTT, and telecom.
Recommend and execute business strategies to expand MangoPlus’s market presence and revenue portfolio.
Leadership & Cross- functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Content, and Operations teams to align on commercial goals.
Build, mentor, and manage a high- performing Business Development team.
Yêu cầu công việc
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship- building skills.
Proven success in securing and managing strategic, high- value deals.
Skilled in using Excel, PowerPoint.
7+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or B2B Sales, ideally in Digital Media, Telecom, or Advertising.
Strategic mindset with strong leadership and analytical abilities.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising, subscription business models, and content monetization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or Communications
