[HCMC] Shop Manager/Assistant Manager - Fine Wine - Retail Shop

This is a full- time role as a Shop Manager/Assistant Manager, who holds strong sales skills and wine event organization skills toward corporate sales (B2C clients) with strong sales skills in the wine sector at Enoteca Vietnam, located in Ho Chi Minh City.
• Report line: CEO
This role will be responsible for the following key duties.
(1) Accountable for achieving the overall sales target of the shop
(8) Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively acquiring new corporate clients
(6) Growing active client’s database on a weekly and monthly basis as per management metrics directions Involving conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and creating strategies to improve corporate sales performance
(3) Create a positive work environment for the wine shop team and all seasonal wine shop associates
(10) Collaborate with Takashimaya, corporate clients, Wine Club & MKT team regarding promotions
(9) Plan and coordinate with relevant departments to organize weekly and monthly wine tasting events, including conducting VIP, wine club member, and individual or group tastings
(2) Manage the day- to- day operations of the shop directly and indirectly by providing leadership, direction and consultation to shop staff.
(11) Promote online and onsite sales growth meeting sales targets
(7) Reactivate inactive clients&039; database, providing winning sales offers and promoting fine wine culture
(5) Responsible for handling transactions and purchases from corporate clients categorized under B2C accounts (private customers & corporate accounts)
(4) Support and guide the shop staffs in achieving individual sales target and fostering professional growth

Qualifications
· Excellent communication skills including speaking and writing skills
· Must be comfortable hosting small and large groups for wine services
· Competent computer skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
· Ability to work in peak times, to adapt flexible schedules, floor presence, under pressure with calm and polite attitude
· Sales target achieving oriented person
· Strong sales skills
· Ability to multi- task and manage a wide range of activities
· Wine education, knowledge and/or qualification
· Detail oriented personalities
· Excellent skill set on planning, proposing and presentation
· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team
Experiences
· At least 2 years of work experience in fine wine shop manager, or
· At least 5 years of work experience in high- end store/ shop management at supervisor or manager level, preferably in high end retail/hospitality
