JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Consultation & Order Confirmation
Recommend package upgrades and confirm orders.
Assist customers with payments and form submission.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide tailored consultation.
Order Operations
Share order details with Operations and Accounting teams.
Manage communication between writers and customers.
Monitor order progress and support customers throughout the process.
Customer Care Services
Follow up with previous customers for potential services.
Ensure a high- quality customer experience.
Assist customers from initial contact to service completion.
Data Management & Internal Processes
Perform monthly data reconciliation and generate CR reports.
Process customer refunds in collaboration with relevant departments.
Analyze data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
Maintain and organize internal files and coordinate with departments.
REQUIREMENTS
1- year experience in Sales and Customer Service is preferred;
Understanding consumer trends and customer service needs;
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques;
Experience in online client consulting is a plus;
High information security awareness;
Time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in any subject is acceptable;
Fluent in English, especially reading and writing;
Self- driven and ability both working independently and in a team;
Proficient in CRM tools, sales process support tools, and customer care
Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
