About The Internship Program
This internship is designed for driven university students who want real experience across modern marketing. You will rotate across key functions such as Paid Search, SEO, PR, Social Media, and Events. Your work will influence EF Vietnam’s brand presence, lead generation, and student engagement.
You will be part of a global education company while receiving mentorship, structured training, and a clear development path. This is a practical internship where your work creates real impact.
Who We’re Looking For

Active and curious about online platforms and consumer behaviour
University students (3rd year or above)
Strong interest in marketing, communications, or digital media
Good written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast- paced environment
Active users of platforms like Zalo, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram

PR & Communications
Interview students and parents to gather authentic stories
Events & Activation Support
Help collect feedback and event performance data
Monitor Google Ads and Meta performance with guidance from senior staff
Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO best practices
Draft on- page and blog content to support organic traffic growth
Assist at press events or interviews when required
Help track media coverage and prepare basic PR reports
Write captions, build storyboards, and assist with filming and editing
Paid Search, SEO & Blog Content
Capture event content for social media
Assist with planning and execution of office events, workshops, and school activations
Turn these into testimonials, highlight videos, or blog entries
Social Media (Organic)
Student & Community Storytelling
Manage posting schedules and monitor engagement
Support the creation of press releases and media briefs
Prepare weekly performance summaries and insights
Coordinate logistics, guest lists, and on- site support
Develop content ideas tailored for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Zalo
Contribute ideas for community- building activities and UGC initiatives
Research journalists, outlets, and partnership opportunities
Track analytics and highlight weekly learnings

✅ A diverse creative portfolio across paid, organic, PR, and events
✅ Hands- on experience in international marketing and digital content production
✅ Exposure to international marketing standards and tools
✅ Mentorship and continuous feedback to accelerate learning
✅ Practical experience across a full marketing funnel
