We are not looking for "years of experience", we are looking for a
sharp analytical mind
. We will invest in your growth, mentoring you directly to manage advertising budgets and drive our brands on Amazon US/EU toward a
$5 million USD/year
goal. If you have a passion for data and a desire to master global e- commerce, this is your stage.
JOB DESCRIPTION (With Intensive Mentorship)
You will be trained to perform the duties of a Senior Specialist, including:
Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor research and "decode" Amazon algorithms to dominate rankings and expand market share.
Data Analytics: Deep- dive into Amazon Seller Central reports; analyze data patterns to adjust bids, keywords, and target audiences in real- time.
Performance Marketing: Execute and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display). Take full ownership of ad spend efficiency via metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, and ROAS.
Conversion Optimization: Collaborate on content strategies (listings/images) by utilizing customer behavior data and ad performance insights.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS (Mindset & Potential over Experience)
Core Values: High energy, resilient under pressure, honest, and meticulous (zero tolerance for careless mistakes).
English Proficiency: Excellent reading and comprehension skills (mandatory for navigating the global marketplace).
Education: Final- year students or fresh graduates from top- tier universities (FTU, UEH, RMIT, UEL...). Majors in Economics, Finance, Data Science, or Business are preferred.
Data- Driven Mindset: A genuine passion for numbers, strong logical reasoning, and a decisive approach to problem- solving.
Self- Learning Prowess: Ability to "self- study" using English resources and find solutions independently before seeking guidance.
