JOB DESCRIPTION
· Design basic visuals (Canva, Photoshop is a plus!).
· Assist hiring processes: job posts, CV screening,scheduling, candidate follow- ups.
· Create engaging content for job posts, social media &employee stories.
· Support HR strategies to attract top talent.
· Manage LinkedIn, Facebook & branding campaigns.
· Handle HR documentation & reports.
· Maintain recruitment database, connect with candidates& managers.
· Assist with onboarding, offboarding & internalcommunication.
· Plan & support career fairs, webinars &engagement events.
REQUIREMENTS
✅Students or fresh grads in Human resources, Economics,Communications, or related.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (bonus: Canva, Photoshop).
✅ Strong communication & teamwork skills.
✅ Passion for HR, recruitment & branding.
✅ Organized, detail- oriented & creative.
✅ Full- time availability
