JOB DESCRIPTION

Your responsibility is to focus on the hiring activities for clients of HR Outsourcing Solutions, the key responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant include:

Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
Source, screen, and engage with qualified candidates, presenting them with relevant job opportunities
Build and nurture a strong professional network to support current and future hiring needs
Guide candidates and clients through the recruitment process—from interviews to job offers and onboarding
Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database

REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in both written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Minimum 6 months of relevant recruitment experience. Have experience in HR firm is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
