JOB DESCRIPTION
Principal Accountabilities
Document Management:
• Ensure accurate and up- to- date records are maintained in the company&039;s CRM system.
• Organize and maintain sales- related documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Prepare and manage necessary paperwork for new and existing accounts.
Operational Support:
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, finance, logistics) to support sales activities.
• Provide general administrative support for Business Development team.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and travel arrangements.
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor&039;s degree or Diploma is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills preferred.
Field of study in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (preferably full- time for 6 months).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in data analysis and report generation using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
