Main Responsibilities:

Transport Operations & Service Excellence:

Handle transport- related claims, both for online and offline channels, proactively to maintain high service standards.
Track delivery performance meticulously and manage reverse logistics processes effectively to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Budget Management & Cost Optimization:

Prepare and diligently monitor transport budgets, conducting thorough analyses of monthly variances.
Implement timely corrective actions to ensure financial targets are met and costs are optimized.

Sustainability & Initiatives:

Implement and support various delivery initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and service quality.
Monitor CO₂ emissions related to transport activities and ensure accurate reporting to support sustainability goals.

Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

Generate actionable insights from data to support continuous improvement efforts in terms of cost, speed, and reliability of our transport network.
Leverage advanced tools such as SAP, SQL, and Power BI to analyze complex transport data.

Work Relationships:

Internal: Supply Chain teams, Finance department, Commercial teams, and other relevant internal stakeholders.
External: Third- Party Logistics (3PL) Warehouses, 3PL Transport partners, and other external vendors.

Skills and Qualifications:

High level of accuracy and responsibility with a strong commitment to follow- through.
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI (PBI), and MS Office Suite for data management and analysis.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Proven experience in SAP, specifically within logistics or supply chain modules.
