Our Innovation
with innovation strategy, innovation management, product and service
KPMG Lighthouse team provides our enterprise clients in Vietnam and worldwide
innovation, and innovation partnership programs.
In this role, you will work together with the team:
Research the business, market, technology,economics, environments, etc., to gather insights and perform quantitative andqualitative analyses that support our client recommendations.
Support the application of innovationmethodologies to facilitate innovation workshops and innovation awarenessprograms with stakeholders to help clients to build sustainable innovationcapabilities.
Support designing companies’ trainings and/or businessmodels/architecture and capturing the organization&039;s critical views for clientengagements.
Support the development of innovationstrategy, management, and product or service innovation engagements with theKPMG Innovation team and its clients, applying innovation methodologies andproven approaches from previous innovation engagements.
Learn and apply industry knowledge andproblem- solving skills to support the manager in a business or work- relatedactivities.
Support the development of projects from researching, scanning signals,brainstorming, and developing solutions to designing implementation plans androadmaps.
Deploy business development and sales proposals tobring clients for the teams and the firm.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience and knowledge the candidate should have:
Good designing skills to create presentations and supportthe delivery of workshops to large companies.
Good English level for speaking and writing, todeliver products to clients.
Excellent ability for documentation (Word, PowerPoint,Excel, etc.)
Good researching skills and qualitative analysis.
Teamwork skills with the ability to leverage differentperspectives to create solutions that challenge conventions while solvingconsumer and business needs.
Having a bachelor’s in with a major/minor in Innovationor Entrepreneurship (is a plus).
Ability to use various visualization tools(Miro, Figma, Balsamiq, etc.) to design innovation concepts (is a plus).
Knowledgein business management. Innovation or entrepreneurship methodologies and techniques(e.g., Design Thinking, BMC, Strategic Foresight, Agile, Scrum, etc.) is aplus.
Personalskills candidates should have:
Excellent presentation and communication skills(oral and written) in English and Vietnamese.
Natural passion for learning and developed capacity to imagine linksbetween distant notions, ideas, technologies, etc.
Problem- solving and analytical skills.
Human and customer focus driven professional.
Team player with robust situational analysis anddecision- making abilities.
Be a highly driven, autonomous, resilient, witha strong work ethic.
Enjoy working agilely, in fuzzy situations, and amulticultural environment with international experience (abroad or in foreigncompanies in Vietnam).
