Key responsibilities:

Perform Audit Support services mainly for Audit Confirmation and Year- end Stock Count services, including the main following responsibilities:
Receive authorized hard copy ACs from Audit Client or Audit Engagement Team and send to Addressees (“Responders”).
Follow up statuses of Audit Confirmations and perform Chasing Calls to encourage ACs returned.
Year- end Stock Count services
Audit Confirmation services
Attend Year- end Stock Counts of Audit Clients to perform the relevant audit procedures as assigned and guided by Audit Engagement Team.
Generate Audit Confirmations (“ACs”) via the automated internal system and send soft copies to Audit Engagement Team.
Prepare the proper working papers as requested by Audit Engagement Team.
Other tasks required by Supervisors
Assemble and archive returned audit confirmations.
Receive replied hard copy ACs from Addressees (“Responders”) and upload them into the automated internal system.

Qualifications:

Ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines.
Enthusiastic, demonstrate a “can do” and “team working” attitude with an ability to learn quickly.
The ability to apply an understanding of financial statements.
Good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.
Good command of English and Vietnamese.
Self- motivated with a high level of initiative.
Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects, e.g., accounting, finance.
Detail- oriented and strong organizational, effective time management and communication skills.
