Key responsibilities:

Project Support:

- Coordinate with team members to support a smooth and engaging experience throughout the execution of innovation activities.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of materials for innovation programs, including templates, forms, and guidelines.
- Aid in tracking and organizing information related to projects and initiatives.

Communication and Engagement:

- Prepare and follow up on emails and other communications for innovation events.
- Help develop communication templates and assist in sending announcements, reminders, and updates.
- Assist in maintaining consistent engagement with internal stakeholders and promoting the innovation culture across the organization.

Content Creation and Management:

- Assist with designing visual materials (presentations, infographics) for internal announcements and updates.
- Create and update content for internal newsletters focused on industry trends, innovations, and other relevant topics.

Event and Logistics Support:

- Support the coordination and facilitation of innovation recognition processes and other team activities.
- Aid in the organization and logistics of internal events, including setting up meeting spaces, managing schedules, and preparing materials.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interest in innovation, and project management.
Detail- oriented with a proactive approach to work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Innovation, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
